For me the best butchershop and deli in Amsterdam don't come there too often but everything in the shop is made with love and just the taste delicious. Having a culinary background, time wise prefer to collect something at their store. Love how the vegetables are always in season. Their meat and poultry selection they is unreal and truly wouldn't know any other Butcher with a selection of their quality of meats and poultry. I am a sucker for their bonebroth. Besides the staff is always so friendly and truly dedicated to the all the products they sell. Wishing you all great year ahead too and till soon when I fill up my fridge with your bonebroth once again.

Beautiful Butchery, you should expect only quality. The veal ribeye was amazing. Sonya who works there is a darling and will do her best to help. The staff who work here are also nice. It is also located next to a Cheese store and a Wine store, which is perfect.

By far the best butcher in the city. Quality comes for a price, but the selection of meat is astonishing. For special occasions is the place to do some selected shopping.

Always fresh truffles, great meat selection, hard to find items like guanciale. Despite other reviews, I have been several times and always found the employees to be very pleasant and helpful, even though I am an expat and usually do not speak Dutch in the store.
